Do I Have to Own a Home to be a Member?
No!
Private golf club memberships are available to both residents and non-residents of the Cutter Creek Golf Real Estate community. Most of our golf members are non-residents.
What Membership Options are Available?
We currently have two membership options available:
Families are $220 per month
Singles are $205 per month
We make it easy for both to choose the best membership option that meets their individual needs.
Our pool is also an amenity for golfers and their families
Cutter Creek Clubhouse
The Cutter Creek Clubhouse offers a range of convenient services and amenities for our golf club members and visitors.
Get geared for your day on the golf course with our Pro Shop’s great selection, or refuel and refresh with a burger and beer at the Cutter Creek Grille! You can also relax in the clubhouse’s indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our Eastern North Carolina golf course.
