


Jacob was born and raised in Kinston, NC. Growing up, Jacob played in countless junior golf tournaments and then went on to play on ECU’s Golf Team all four years of college. Jacob is proud to serve in the golf industry and Cutter Creek is lucky to call him staff.
Katies is responsible for the management team and is directly responsible for the oversight of all food & beverage operations at the property. This includes implementing budgets and the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. Katie is also responsible for coordinating all events at the property suchs as tournaments, outings, weddings and booking stay and play rentals.

Drew Ramsey got his Turfgrass Management Degree at NC State University, and he is definitely putting that degree to good use! He is originally from Martinsville, VA. Drew does not have a long commute to work each day because he is fortunate enough to reside in Cutter Creek on one of its many breath taking lots. Drew did the grow-in at Cutter Creek and takes alot of pride in its beauty. He loves and cares for Cutter Creek Golf Club like a baby. Drew strives to improve the Course every day. It would be hard to find anyone who knows more about Greene County soil than Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Bobby Nimmo. Bobby is a lifelong resident of Snow Hill and operated his family farm for 23 years. He earned a degree in Field Crops Technology from the NCSU Ag Institute in 1981 and an associate’s degree in Turfgrass Management from Wayne Community College in 2003. He’s worked with Superintendent Drew Ramsey from the day construction started on Cutter Creek in 2008. He and wife Mary Jo have one son and live in Snow Hill.
